ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Order Status:

• When your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

​• Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. 

Order Processing:

• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Your tracking number will be emailed once your package has shipped. 

• Successfully placed orders with the correct email address will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please double check your spam and the email you provided in your order - including typography errors such as ".con" rather than ".com." If you're still having trouble, please email us and we will do our best to help.

• If you would like to change the style or item of your order, please contact us immediately within placing your order. Our team will do our best to manually change the style for you. If your order is already packaged, we will not be able to switch out the styles for you.

• If you require an address change, please email us immediately. We will do our best to locate your order and change the address for you before it is printed. However, if your package is already sealed and shipped, a reshipment fee may occur if it is returned to sender.

• ​​​Shipping fees are non-refundable.

U.S. SHIPPING

*If needed, please comment in your order that you would like signature confirmation insurance on your package. Because we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, this ensures that your mail provider must deliver this to you face to face or your package will be safely kept at your local USPS.   

USPS STANDARD SHIPPING 

• $5 flat fee for DOMESTIC Shipping!

• First class/flat rate shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the shipping label is printed.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: $9.00 and up
• Priority mail can be applied to any amount of sunglasses.
• Priority mail typically takes about 3-5 business days after the order is processed and the shipping label is printed.
• Priority mail is insured however this is not a guaranteed by date delivery service. Transit times provided by USPS are estimates.

USPS EXPRESS: Varies
• Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days and is best placed before 11 a.m.

FEDEX 2-DAY: Varies
• FedEx 2 Day is a guaranteed 2 day delivery and is best placed before 10 a.m. If you need your package guaranteed by a certain date, this is your only option with a guaranteed by date service.

We are unable to ship International at this time. Check back at a later date.
