If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Moe’s Retro Eyes offers no hassle exchanges. We offer immediate refunds for ecommerce returns, and fast exchanges for products of equivalent value within 10 days of receipt.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be in original condition and returned along with the sunglasses microfiber cloth pouch.

• All sunglasses returned without the microfiber pouch will incur a $2 deduction from the return amount.  

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping fees.
